We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee at Cronk Grow Nutrients Inc. Unfortunately, we can't give you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your order.
To finalize your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
When we receive your return and inspect it, we'll send you an email to let you know that we've received your item. We'll also tell you whether your refund was granted or refused.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period of days.

You'll be responsible for your own shipping charges if you decide to return your item. The costs of shipping are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your payment, unless you pay for the delivery yourself.
If you're shipping something worth more than $75, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or getting insurance coverage. We don't promise that we'll receive your returned item.

30 days Free return or replacement of faulty products after delivery under the condition of non-human damage.
3 years limited warranty for LED grow lights.

1 year after delivery: Free components, free repair service, free shipping costs.
2-5 years after delivery: Limited warranty. Free components, the buyer is responsible for repair service and shipping costs.
Before you make any returns or warranty requests, send your order number, a photo or video of the faulty product, and a description of the faulty product to email@example.com Our team will assist you.
According to the feedback from our distinguished customers, some lights are not available to send to the service center for warranty repairing when insignificant growing stage. We would like to offer you used replacement lights in order to make the repair proceed temporarily. Used replacement lights conditions listed as below:
A. We will charge a deposit before sending the replacement light out.
B. You will cover the shipping fee of the replacement light to & from the service center.
C. You must send back the replacement light in one week after receiving the fixed light.
D. We will fully refund the deposit if the replacement light is in good condition.
1. If the light has been tampered with or it is found that damage is caused by the customer, there will be a repair fee to pay. If the warranty seal is broken without our consent, your warranty becomes void. If damage has been caused by abnormal use, neglect (such as dripping water), wrong input voltage, dropping or breaking the light, disassembling light, etc., the warranty is void. Warranty coverage is ultimately left to the discretion of Cronk Grow. We reserve the right to refuse warranty repair or replacement service to anyone.
2. For some old discontinued models, that we sell with the special clear stock price, we provide 3 months period of warranty. After 3 months, you may need to pay related fees for warranty service.
